Guided tour of Life Cycle Management (LCM)
This sessions was organised and chaired by Michael Søgaard Jørgensen, DTU (msj@ipl.dtu.dk), and aimed to provide a forum for discussion of the implementation of life cycle management in companies. Presentations from two companies illustrating environmental initiatives implemented in the product chain and the environmental and economical benefits/results for the different stakeholders formed the basis for discussion guided by a presentation from Michael revolving around development in product chain relations, strategies and methods.
