The registration fee includes the symposium material, refreshments during the symposium, lunch (both days), symposium dinner (day 1) and technical tour (day 2). Accommodation or travel expenses are not included in the fee. When registering, please inform about special diets and possible food allergies. Instructions regarding the payment of the registration fee will be sent to your e-mail address within two days after you have registered.
In order to claim the student discount, applicants must present proof of full time enrollment at a degree granting university or college for the academic year 2014-2015. A photocopy of your current student card or a letter from your departmental administration must be sent to NorLCA-office@dtu.dk.
